The show begins with the sound of the Russian national anthem and Sasha Darevko marches through the curtain along with Commissioner Dan E. Ramirez. Sasha grabs the mic and tells the crowd that his brother Alexis is still unable to compete due to "Something Nasty" and unfortunately Anchors Away would also be unable to compete because they too had felt the wrath of the Commandos' devastating maneuver. He says the Commandos, who were suspended last month, are dangerous and hopefully we never have to see them again. The Commissioner gets on the mic and says that he needs to take care of some business so he is leaving Sasha in charge for the night as Lieutenant Commissioner.

Seville Alvarez vs. Pinky

Seville entered the ring, only to have Pinky come out with Luis Tapia(Nobody #1) and say that he is tired of wrestling guys like Seville. From now on, you would have to go through Pinky's Nobodies before getting a chance to wrestle the Pink Prophet. He introduces Nobody #2, who enters through the curtain. Both Nobodies have a creepy pink hand print over their face, obviously Pinky's marking for his minions. Seville, undaunted by the opponent change, made short work of Nobody #2, dispatching him with a crossface submission. After the match, the Nobodies jumped Seville, with Pinky delivering a devastating powerbomb. He set up for another, but Foob Dogg and Angel Lopez made the save just in the nick of time.

Tito Escondido vs. Tyler Bateman

Tito Escondido entered to great fanfare, while the debuting Tyler Bateman arrived with Raze to puzzled bewilderment from the crowd. The fans seemed to not know what to expect from these 2, and as far as Tito was concerned the feeling was mutual. Tito just did not seem prepared for the formidable Raze, the brains of the operation, on the outside. Several times throughout this slobberknocker Raze made her presence felt, including pulling her man's leg under the rope for the save following Tito's F-5 finisher. In the end, Tito went for a second F-5, only to have Raze pull Tyler off his shoulders. Bateman then hit Tito with a clothesline from hell and that was all she wrote.

"The Unorthodox One" Levi Shapiro of Circumsexy enters the ring and tells the crowd that they should have had the tag title shot tonight, but unfortunately his tag partner The Riv got locked up the night before for some unsavory actions. He tells Commissioner Sasha that he wants an opponent, and Sasha obliges him by giving him Famous B.

This match was a showcase of what can happen when you bring two hungry, talented young lions and have them fight it out to display their dominance. Levi Shapiro brought his "Unorthodox" style and his Nor Cal pedigree to the table, showing why he is one of the most talked about young talents working in that area. However, he was in the ring with Famous B. Famous B is quickly becoming a consensus pick for best in So Cal, and Levi Shapiro found out why when he felt the patented backflip superkick and wound up on his back for the 1-2-3.

Chris Kadillak/BBoy vs. Jeremy Jaeger/Simon Lotto

Before the match started, “King of The Streets” Mondo Vega made his way to ringside and announced that he had joined forces with Simon Lotto and BPW Ring Warrior Champion Jeremy Jaeger for "The Greater Good." BBoy and Chris Kadillak, not to be outdone, have come up with a tag team name of their own, "The Working Dead." This match was fast and furious from the get go, and at some point the ref became so flustered that the tag format went out the window. High-flying maneuvers and hard hitting strikes were prevalent throughout with too much action to put into words. The end came when Mondo Vega botched his attempt to help The Greater Good, leading to a B-Boy shining wizard and the 3-count.

BPW Tag Team Championship

The Silverheart Radicalz(c) vs. The Black Knights

The Silverhearts may have been the champs, but it was obvious from the get-go that the crowd was firmly behind The Black Knights. Sam Knight looked comfortable, sharp, and ready for the title shot, even jawing with Commissioner for the night Sasha Darevko before the match. Sean Black, however, looked to still be feeling the effects of "Something Nasty" that he received last month at Battleground Blitz. He was not 100%, and unfortunately for the Knights, this proved to be their undoing. Ray Rosas and Lucha Machine, probably smelling blood in the water, isolated Black for much of the match. Just when it looked like they were ready for their comeback, Sean got caught with a devastating combo from the Silverhearts. As Sam Knight went to make the save, Sasha Darevko took the opportunity to get back at the Knights for their pre-match trash talk. He laid Sam out with the chain, allowing Lucha Machine to get the pin and retain.

After the match, a furious Sam Knight got on the mic and said he was sick of Sasha Darevko getting involved in the Knights' business. He challenged Sasha to a one on one match, which Sasha declined, saying Sam Knight was at the bottom and was not ready for a man who "train with bear." As the Knights exited the Legion Hall, Sam vowed to do whatever it takes to get a one on one match with Sasha.

Mikey O'Shea vs. Extreme Loco

The bad blood between these two has been brewing ever since Extreme Loco stabbed Mikey in the back at November Pain. For months Mikey has been waiting to get his hands on Loco one one one, and if you were hoping for headlocks and wristlocks in this one, this was not the match for you! Mikey and Loco fought all over the Legion Hall, leveling each other with blows that would render a normal man unconscious. For 15 minutes these two broke each other down in a match that lived up to the billing as the most emotionally charged bout in BPW history. When the smoke cleared, nothing was settled as the time limit was reached without a winner. After the match, Loco blinded Mikey with a white powder, then proceeded to grab a fan from the audience and throw him into the ring. Mikey, unable to see and desperate, grabbed the fan thinking it was Loco and delivered a Baldo Bomb to the poor unsuspecting man. Sasha Darevko then exercised his powers as Commissioner and suspended both men for 1 month for hurting the fan.

Time Limit Draw

Sasha Darevko then entered the ring and said the real reason he asked Dan E. Ramirez if he could run the show that night was simple. He is sick of American culture, and the new "Bear Skin" condoms were the last straw. He said he is tired of Americans and their celebrity worship and their stupid holidays, so he has a funny joke for all those in attendance. He then proceeded to tell a distasteful Whitney Houston Valentine's Day joke, which he claimed he heard from Chris Kadillak. Unbeknownst to him, as he was speaking to the audience, The Suburban Commandos snuck into the ring behind him. Just as he delivered the punch line, Sasha backed up right into a Rizz bomb! D-Unit and T-Rent then proceeded to taunt the Russian, claiming they would return from their suspension to deliver Something Nasty to Sasha!

WCWC Heavyweight Title

Joey Ryan(c) vs. Willie Mack

This special engagement featured two of the top talents working in SoCal today. Joey Ryan is well established as the golden standard in the Golden State and Willie Mack's star has never been brighter. Back and forth action resulted in a stalemate for much of the match, and it wasn't clear who if any man was the superior. It became obvious that the winner was going to be the man who was willing to cut the most corners, and that man proved to be Joey Ryan. The champ ended up scoring the victory after a low blow, which led to Famous B calling out Joey for his short cuts. Now it appears another Joey Ryan vs. Famous B match is on the horizon, and the real winner is sure to be the fans!

BPW Heavyweight Championship

Rico Dynamite(c) vs. Brandon Gatson

The stage was now set for the main event of the evening. The crowd was restless, and going in you could sense that they didn't quite know who they wanted to win. As raunchy as he can be, it's hard to ignore the aura and the presence of the BPW Heavyweight Champion Rico Dynamite. As bad as they wanted to boo him, the BPW faithful couldn't help but to give it up to the man that always seems to get it done. Brandon Gatson, in only his second BPW appearance, was in the main event. This was a great accomplishment in itself, and he gave every ounce of effort he could to show that he belonged there. In that he was successful, as no one in attendance could discount his heart. The end result, however, was Rico Dynamite once again getting the job done by putting Gatson away with the Deathclinch submission.

Black Knights Want Some Retribution!

Sam Knight has heard all the criticism of the Black Knights and he has come to a realization. He believes that when all is said and done, they didn't deserve the honor of 2011 tag team of the year because they didn't get it done and capture the tag titles when they had a chance. 2012 is young, but it has not been the best of times so far for The Black Knights. This Saturday, they will be looking for some retribution and an opportunity to take a step back up the ladder. Judging by Sam Knight's intensity and determination, you would be foolish to bet against them!

It's been a while since we have seen Tyler Bateman and Raze at BPW, 2 years to be exact. In that time this duo has made waves all over the local wrestling scene, with Bateman earning a 2011 Wrestler of the Year nomination from fans and peers. Tito Escondido looks poised to do the same in 2012, and you best believe that these two savvy veterans have scouted his every weakness. Tyler Bateman cares not for the future, his only concern is the present, which he feels belongs to him! One thing is for sure, with Raze running the operation and Bateman's insatiable lust for destruction, you might as well call this a handicap match!

Battleground Blitz Results

Jeremy Jaeger defeated Chris Kadillak & B-Boy to become new BPW Ring Warrior champion. After the match Simon Lotto and Jaeger attacked Kadillak, causing BBoy to come in for the save.

The Suburban Commandos, Circumsexy, and The Black Knights went to a no contest when Commissioner Ramirez DQ'd the Commandos for using Something Nasty. Before the match, the move was banned, and since they used it Commissioner Ramirez suspended them indefinitely.

Thunderkitty defeated Terra Calaway by pin.

Sheik Khan Abadi defeated Ray Rosas by pin

El Chupacabra defeated Robby Phoenix by pin

Rico Dynamite defeated Mikey O'Shea and Extreme Loco. Rico got the pin after Loco knocked Mikey out with the belt when the ref was down. In a bizarre twist, Loco then allowed Rico to get the pin, much to the chagrin of his manager Jay Stone. Jay screamed at Loco for basically handing the title to Rico, so Loco threw Stone into the ring to allow Mikey O'Shea to destroy him.

Brandon Gatson outlasted the entire field in the Battleground Blitz, throwing Tito Escondido over the top rope for the win. He will now go on to face Rico Dynamite for the BPW Heavyweight Title on Februrary 25th at BPW presents Counterstrike!
